1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your business name, email, phone number, and the names, emails and roles of any team members you invite.
• Verification (KYC) information: your full name, a government-issued ID, a live selfie, and — for registered organizations — your company name, registration number and business address, plus any supporting documents you submit.
• Transaction information: amounts, currency, status, references and timestamps for every charge, payout, invoice and payment link.
• Customer information: when a payment is created on your behalf, we process the customer's name, email, phone number and, where available, their country, region and city.

2. How we use this information

• To operate the Service: create and process charges and payouts, maintain your balance, and run your dashboard.
• To verify your identity before enabling live payments on your account.
• To detect and prevent fraud and misuse of the Service.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share transaction data with MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money as needed to process your payments and payouts. We may also share information with hosting and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf, and with regulators or law enforcement where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and tracking

Our marketing website does not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our merchant dashboard uses only the essential cookies or tokens needed to keep you securely signed in.

5. Data security

We encrypt data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), issue scoped API keys, and sign our webhook payloads so you can verify they came from us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain account, verification and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations. You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to records we are required to keep by law.

7. Your rights

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
